Hi there! My name’s

I’m the creator of Roll 4 Admin, and I’m here to provide you with clerical aid (along with other fun cantrips and my witty commentary)!

I’ve been in project management for about ten years. My professional career started at Nike, moved to Airbnb, but ultimately, my autism meant I struggled to fit into the cookie cutter mold that Corporate America expected of me.

Eventually, I could no longer stomach letting some billionaire white guy decide where and how I would spend a majority of my day. I quit my job started the journey of entrepreneurship.

My journey as a business owner started with a candle and bath bomb company, Vine & Viper, I started with my cousin (and our stuff was cute as heck).

To help with our business expenses, I was often helping my other small biz friends with various projects. Creating workflow automations in CRM software, organizing client appointments, managing the necessary paperwork.

I soon realized that the skills I had learned as a Project Manager at Airbnb and Nike were applicable in innumerable scenarios. I had a blast helping people find creative solutions, I loved when someone had a vision and the way they lit up when I was able to help them find the path towards it.

Working with Kayle is a collaborative joy!  She has great technical skills and she truly listens to understand what our needs and preferences are.  She is dedicated to finding solutions and making the work of our organization focused on our mission, as she does the vital behind-the-scenes support work to make our website function smoothly. I don't recall hearing a "No" from her as she finds ways to improve and innovate. I highly recommend Kayle for all website needs.

Working with Kayle has been a lovely experience. She is quite knowledgeable when it comes to digital work. When she helped me create my business website, she quickly understood what I wanted to accomplish and got to work bringing my ideas to life.

One of the things I appreciate most about Kayle is her patience. Technology can feel overwhelming at times, and she truly understands that not everyone speaks the language of tech. She explains things clearly and thoughtfully, and she’s always happy to walk through something again until it makes sense.

Kayle is also an incredible problem solver. If a challenge comes up, she approaches it with determination. Even if she doesn’t have an immediate answer, she will research, troubleshoot, and find a solution.

Beyond her technical skills, Kayle’s positive attitude and strong work ethic make her a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, experienced support for their digital projects.

Kayle was an absolute joy to work with. She was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in my projects. She not only completed the work on time, but also brought her own ideas, inspirations, and creative input that made the final result even better. Throughout the process, she was communicative, reliable, and easy to collaborate with.

A note from Kayle:

I promise I don’t work exclusively with Reiki healers, it’s just some weird coincidence. I like to think it’s a reflection of my impeccable vibes.

The Pros and Cons of hiring a virtual cleric

(specifically myself)

PRO

You don’t have to worry about benefits, office space, etc. the same way you do when hiring a new employee. I handle all that stuff for myself!

CON

You will actually have to go to that obligatory family dinner because you suddenly have free time now so you can’t use work to get out of it. Or skip it, I’m not gonna snitch.

PRO

You can finally work on that one thing you’ve been wanting to do but haven’t been able to because there’s too many emails to respond to, the minutiae requires constant attention. Let me handle that. You go do the fun stuff!

CON

Our meetings will probably run over because we’re both such delightful conversationalists

PRO

Virtual assistants have flexibility in projects and departments - you don’t have to worry about bringing in one person to deal with the video editing, another to deal with the workflows - I’m a wearer of many hats. We can work together to prioritize what needs to happen and when!

CON

You won’t be the funniest person at work anymore. (It’s okay, you’ll still be the funniest person in the office because I work remote.)

Get in Touch

Unfortunately, I do not have any carrier pigeons to deliver scrolls… yet. In the meantime, if you’re interested in working together or collaborating, fill out the form here, and I’ll get back to you ASAP!
